PalmPlaysets ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights under California law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, or "CCPA").

When you submit our quote request form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the playset or product category you are interested in, and any notes you choose to share about your yard.

When you visit the site, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) automatically receives standard log data such as your IP address (anonymized), browser type, device type, referring page, and pages visited.

2. How we use it

To respond to your quote request by phone, text, or email.
To schedule delivery and installation if you become a customer.
To improve the site and understand which marketing channels work.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers needed to deliver our service:

Web3Forms — receives your form submission and forwards it to our inbox.
Google Analytics — aggregated usage statistics (no contact info shared).
Backyard Discovery — when you order a product, your shipping address is shared with the manufacturer for delivery.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

4. SMS and call consent

By submitting our quote form and checking the consent box, you agree to be contacted by phone call, text message (SMS), or email about your quote and any follow-up needed to complete a sale. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text or by emailing us at hello@palmplaysets.com.

5. Your rights under CCPA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we have collected about you.
Request that we delete your personal information.
Opt out of any "sale" of your information (we do not sell information, but you may still submit a request).

6. Data retention

We retain quote submissions for up to 24 months. Customer order records are retained for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes.

We use a minimal set of cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) with IP anonymization enabled. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults purchasing playground equipment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
